Broadway Arts Factory is thrilled to join forces with Equinox. Led by Kristi Molinaro the creator of 30/60/90, we invite you to come and experience this high intensity interval training class.
On Sunday November 11, 2012 Kristi and her team will teach one 30/60/90 class and you have the choice of donating $30, $60, or $90!
Class time: 6:00pm - 6:45pm
UPON COMPLETION YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL TO PRINT YOUR TICKET.
Named the “Best Fat-Burning Class″ by New York Magazine 30/60/90 requires you to move in spurts in conjunction with a cardio strength workout that will rev up your metabolism even after you’re done working out.
All proceeds go to Broadway Arts Factory, a 501(c)(3) educational institution devoted to the training of triple threat musical theatre students between the ages of 11 and 18. We aim to maximize the potential of every student by finding the most passionate & dedicated, regardless of their monetary background; the sliding scale of program fees is based on the finances of each student's family. Our exceptional faculty members are some of the most innovative & creative educators in New York City & are also members of the Broadway community. Our program parallels industry requirements where versatility is the key to success.
